Having owned rubber boots for a number of years, these boots outperforn the rubber boots by a mile. They are Lightweight and very flexable.

These waders are very nice and have used them in the chilly waters of the Eastern Panhandle of WV. They held position on the bottom and had a good grip on the muddy banks. The felt spray-cleaned nicely. I've only had them since February so can't comment on wear and tear. All in all, a great pair of waders for the price.

These waders have been fail-proof! I've used them in winter water conditions just outside of Yellowstone and they are warm with thick socks and long johns. Truly amazing! And, they keep me dry, which is a must in cold water.
