Our Premium Dry-Plus waders are recognized for unequaled quality and are offered at a price much lower than you would expect. Super-tough, tightly woven microdenier nylon outer shell and triple-layered knees for maximum protection from abrasion and puncture. All seams are taped for 100% waterproof reliability. The Stockingfoot waders boast a neoprene bootie specially shaped and contoured for all-day comfort. The nylon gaiter has a rubberized elastic cuff and rustproof lace hook. Waist-High waders have an elastic waist and include a wading belt. Imported.

The Cabelas waders are a very good quality material and the seams and construction look good. Two problems. First in order to fit my size 11 feet
I needed a large. The large is huge in the waist and at 5'11" I can pull these up to my chest. They look like someone took a chest wader and put belt loops on it. The booties are also huge. Length is fine but they look like square boxes. Too much material to fit in my wading shoes. I ended up springing for an extra 80 bucks and getting the name brand from the local fly shop. Fortunately Cabelas excellent return policy let me give these a shot first.

good waders

Purchased these for a trout fishing weekend in April. These waders performed as expected. the fit was pretty accurate, but for the shorter angler they do tend to bunch a little under the knee above the boot. I have a pair of the neoprene that are great for the cold water trips and these satisfy the warmer weather trips i take in early spring. I would recommend these waders.

As usual, the waders were very well made. I'm 5'-10" and 175 lbs and to get the neoprene feet of the proper size I had to get the Large size. I could have taken my wife fishing with me by fitting her in the waders too. They were simply enormous. The legs were so "sail-like" that I think they would have been dangerous in strong currents. The belt that came with the waders is very clumsy to adjust. Not a good design.

I've used chest high light weight waders and in the summer they seem very warm. I try to stay out of water that is over waist high and these waist high waders are perfect for me. I have been out a half dozen times this year and have no complaints. Glad I bought them.
