Went to a motorcyle run in Sparks NV. I was traveling with light rain gear that was failing while driving the bike. Drove to Cabelas and made a mad dash into the rain gear section and was directed by the normal professional staff to this gortex system. I purchased both pants and jacket. Drove through rain hail and snow flurries. This stuff held up to the task. I would be driving at 65mph right into a rain storm. Drove at 20 mph waiting for break in storm. The product kept me dry though out the 5 hour ride. Expensive but worth it.

Cabela's Gore-Tex EXV to Kilimanjaro Summit

I recently used my Cabela's Gore-Tex EXV jacket and pants as my outer shell while climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa. They kept me dry in torrential rainfall and warm all the way to the summit at 19,340 ft. They are light, rugged and performed flawlessly. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to stay warm and dry in extreme conditions.
