I bought this fleece to wear as a light jacket alone not a liner. It looks good and has a true to size fit. Price was good compared to similar jackets.

Once again cabelas brand product is totally on par with designer (much more expensive) products. Added this liner to EXV jacket, it's now my go to coat when it's real cold. Adds versitility to outer wear system. Easy to add remove to jacket shell also.

Multi Purpose Liner

This Christmas (2011) I gave the Goretex EXV jacket to my wife, her daughter, and my son, All like camping,and Nancy and her daughter go each year to Yosemite to hike and later to the Channel Islands to hike and back pack. They love the coats and they love the liners. Nancy wears the Liner around the house during the cold mornings here in theSanta Ynez Valley; and her daughter wears the liner for the cold mornings tending to her horses.
I got jealous; I have an old Gore Tex jacket I boight from Cabelas in '04 and still use every Fall and Winter for the rain, I decided I needed a liner also. Cabelas wared that the liner didn't fit last years model Gore Tex jacket becuase of differet zippers. Mine was so old, however ('04), that the zippers lined up just right. I'm happy to tell Cabelas that the the old style Gore Tex jackets fit this years liners just right.
Now, I know what my wife, her daughter and my son are talking about: The liners are a perfect jacket for cold mornings and still can be used to great advantage in the Gore Tex jackets. They're all looking forward to the next camping trip. The liner offers warmth and cozziness, and combined with the liner additon to the jacket, this is great and versitle clothing option to inclement weather,
