Shannon's Bug Tamer headcover is nice but not perfect, overall it's a good buy but I would say they could do a few things to improve the product.

Stop bugs

Excellent product used last week, August 26th in Maine during a successful black bear hunt. No question the midges, mosquitos and anything else trying to bite you were shut down. While waiting for a bear to show, you can't be swatting bugs. The headcover annoyed the bugs since they couldn't penetrate the netting. Mosquitos kept trying to pound thru the mesh and you have to laugh hearing them buzzing to no avail. It's also warm at first since it's a head cover, so try to cool down before putting on in you stand or blind. Eyesight was fine thru the scope even in low light conditions. If I didn't have the head mesh, I would have blown my cover. The bugs were all over in the tree stand and they were highly frustrated since they couldn't zap my blood. A good product.

Tamed the Maine Mosquitos

Purchased this item for a spring Bear Hunt in Maine and this was a face saver. Kept the Maine mosquitos off my face, head and kneck.
