I have only tried this on at home so far, but it seems like a great product. I bought the whole set including the winterceptor jacket and didn't realize that the jacket comes with a built in hood, so I really wouldn't need this unless the weather was really cold and windy. I have a medium size head (7 1/4 cowboy hat) and found it to have plenty of room.

I use this hunting snow geese in Canada and it serves me well. Keeps head warm and my face/head hidden from those big flocks of snows.

Very Warm and blocks the wind

Wore this on a snowy, windy (20-30mph, single digit degrees F wind chill) day of scouting. Kept me warm while moving slowly and was easy to adjust when getting too toasty while moving quickly. I wore it over a ball cap and it was a little snug but this was really a very minor problem. Oh, and the wind... what wind? This really does block the wind. Highly recommeded!
