The same great features as the original, yet with extended fleece-lined flip-down earflaps that are 2" longer and warming Thinsulate™ Insulation in crown. The low-profile, six-panel crown is crafted of a warm, soft wool blend that's preshrunk for a perfect fit. By simply pulling down the earband, you seal out breezes and conserve body heat. Short brim doesn't impede vision. Made in USA.

I dare someone to find a warmer hat than the Rancher hat. My head and ears are always warm on the coldest and windiest days in South Dakota. A guy can't go wrong with this purchase.

good stuff, for sure.

bought this to go with my other stormy kromer cap. love it. although, my old ears, having gotten longer, need to be tucked in when i extend my back section. as i love driving my old truck with the windows down, well actually, so my dog can hang out, my ears stay nice and toasty. and if i have too hang out with the cows, my head stays nice and warm. finally, when the wind is really blowing, my neck stays warm, and that means a lot to old guys like me. actually, got one for my daughter, but her's has a flower on it, and my dog would absolutely not ride with me if i had a flower on mine.

I like this hat,but it takes some getting use to. To be honest it makes me feel like I'm on the Red Green show when I wear it.With my white beard I could play the part too.

This cap is keeps you very warm and doesn't move around. I recommend the "Rancher Cap" if you want to keep your ears warm. I love it
