Almost good, but not worth it.

I ordered the XL/2X size and the hat is a joke. I thought I could give it to my boy (4) but it was even too small for him... The gloves were the right size, but there is no point in just the gloves since there are better ones for cheaper. Both are lined and are 3 layers. The wool outer, a spaceblanket type waterproofing that crinkles with every move, and a fleece type liner. I see why these were on closeout.

Nice Gloves, Small Hat

Gloves are great. The keep the hands nice and warm but you are still able to do stuff. The hat is small. I have a large head and was hoping it might fit but it wasn't close. Fits my girlfriends head well. On sale the gloves are worth it alone.

I ordered the XL/2XL. Great material. The gloves fit perfectly. The hat size was a joke. Wouldn't even fit my 4-year old.

I purchased these glove on 12/28 and went out late season archery hunting in N.E. PA on the 31st.
The temp was 19 degrees. I sat for 6 hours in stand. Normally my finger tips get a little cold. These gloves were so warm that I kept taking them off to make sure it was still cold. I highly recommend if you want to keep your hands toasty warm. THESE GLOVES ARE OUTSTANDING!!!
My only recommendation would be for Cabelas to sell the gloves separately. I only need 1 hat but I would like to have several pairs of these gloves.
