Field-proven Stormy Kromer caps stay firmly on your head and lock in maximum body heat for comfort afield. A waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX membrane keeps your head dry. The traditional six-panel crown is crafted from a preshrunk wool blend for comfort, durability and effective insulation when damp. When the temperature drops and a breeze kicks up, lower the earband for extra warmth. The short, indestructible bill doesn’t impede vision. Custom sizing for a personal fit. Made in USA.

Fit is good - style is okay but not real appealing - ear flaps need to cover more of the lower ear - cost is high for the overall quality - don't think the hat will withstand the rigors of daily wear.

A STORMY KROMER is to an outdoorsman what Stetson is to a Texan. There just isn't a higher quality product to put on your head. Own one and you'll never regret it. That's why some people are buried in them. I got this one because it's exclusive to Cabelas and I really like this camo design. Made in America by Americans, can't go wrong.

I normally wear a 7 3/8 hat. I got the 7 3/8 hat and it was too tight, so I ordered the 7 1/2 which is too big. I will keep it since I like the hat.
