When on sale- what a deal!
Date:
Great pants. size seems to run true but I suggest ordering 1 size up as you will likely layer underneath. Hasn't shrunk yet with washing. Been wearing these things on nearly every hunting outing from feather to fur. Great quality. Heavy weight so suspenders aren't a bad idea.

Great pants!
Date:
I really like these pants. The wool is thick and tightly woven. They're warm, thistles and other small, stickery things don't pentetrate and they seem to be very durable. Wore them many days through lots of rugged terrain and they're holding up extremely well.

Great For The Money!
Date:
For the money you can't beat them! I've only worn them a half dozen times but so far I'm very happy with them. The material appears durable, the fit is comfortable, and they seem to be well constructed.

These are the BEST!
Date:
I have spent Thousands of dollars on hunting clothes. Bought many of the high tech clothing made from the "best" had-to-have material. And I can say this, these are the best purchase I have ever made.
I hunt in areas that are walk-in and you can put these pants on with polypro underwear and hike the long distances before daylight without sweating. And the best part is when it is really cold you stay really warm regardless of activity level. Worn them in mid 50 weather to single digit and loved them every second of it. And they are so comfortable and rugged.
I will say this, I up graded a size in the waist because they are hunting clothes, and because I have seen what wool does when washed. I will say that I made the right decision because the waist's do seem to run a little small for the markings. But the legs and crotch area are cut just right, not to big to droop, but with plenty of size to layer and not even think about binding. SO I would recommend buying one size larger than normal and wearing suspenders. if the belt won't hold them up.
Buy these if you hunt in cold weather. Buy these if you do a lot of walkng and hunting. Just make sure that you buy these because after 20 years of wasting money on other fabrics, you simply cannot beat these wool pants.
