Wear the waterproof shell alone when it’s rainy but mild. For added warmth, a Thinsulate™ insulated zip-in liner gives you an extra layer of protection when it’s wet and cold. In clear but cool weather, wear the liner alone. This single garment prepares you for all kinds of weather. Imported.

I just received my Herter 3in1 Parka. This review is just out of the box, not experience. The outer shell material has a nice feel, not plastic at all. The liner has a very warm feel about it. I would expect to be very comfortable in this jacket in the coldest Louisiana weather (20 degrees F). Pockets, velcro, bungi chords are all satisfactory and in satisfactory locations.

Herter's RTO 3-in-one Parka is light,warm,comfortable. I wore this rabbit hunting yesterday (18 degrees F) , wind blowing and the only thing that got cold was my face. Also I have been wearing the liner around town, I think it looks great.
