Why is it that the biggest bucks tend to grow up where it is cold and harsh? Because no one can sit out
all day in the cold to hunt them, that's why. Thinking about going up to Saskatchewan after a massive
trophy whitetail? Or maybe you're planning a late-season hunt? You're going
to want our Stand Hunter Extreme Series of hunting outerwear. No, you're going to need it. Engineered
for extreme cold, the bibs are made of Cabela's Q-Tec Fabric, which is extremely
quiet yet exceptionally warm. Thinsulate™ Supreme Insulation offers a unique blend of warmth and
reduced bulk. By varying the weights of the insulation, we created warm-weather outerwear that works with you to
keep you warm and mobile. The bib overalls have 200-gram Thinsulate® Supreme Insulation used
throughout the bibs as well as an additional 500 grams in the seat area. Two interior pockets that line up
with your kidneys are specifically designed for packet-style hand-warmers to keep your core
temperature up. Full-length leg zippers allow for easy on and off, and added venting. Two-way front
zipper with large zipper pull for gloved hands. Two, front slash pockets. Zippered rear pocket. Double
reinforced knees and snow gaiter. Imported.
Tall sizes: M-3XL. Inseam fits to 35".
Camo pattern: Outfitter Camo™.
Finnally got rid of my old favorites. I Wish ahd had done it earlier. These bibs go with the parka and keep you warm and Cozey all day on the stand as advertised. Can't wait for next season so I can use them again.
This stuff kept me in my stand longer for sure. I even was able to use my Muck master boots all season. My heavy boots stayed in the closet. The parka bib combo was so warm. Love the material so far, very silent. The combo is a bit bulky and heavy. This season was dry here so I cant say yet about wet performance. I plan on giving them a workout Crappie fishing soon. As far as fitting the length is good , waist seems snug on mine. Im 5' 11" 160lbs got the large tall. If you have any gut at all I would go up one size. One deer season down , lookin good so far.....
Great bibs, there is only one minor thing I would change, but I still give it 5 stars.
I don't wear them while going to the stand (or I would be sweating, even for only few hundred yards), I take them with me, and put them on just before climbing up. You don't need to take your boots off to put them on, they unzip all the way on both sides. Extremely warm, there is nothing better than these bibs.
The only thing I would change is velcro fasteners on the top of side zippers. Velcro is NOISY. For some reason they used velcro on the zippers' top, but not on the bottom, that has snap fasteners, that I much prefer. Note that I don't think these fasteners are even needed, it's unlikely the pants will unzip if fasteners are not used. So I may just remove that velcro off.
I am 6.5, 220lb, have XL Tall, and they fit me perfectly.
I also have the jacket (left review for that as well), and it's also a great jacket, but not so much for bowhunting, as it has too much bulk, and especially in the neck area. For gun hunting it's fantastic.
THE BIBS WERE A GREAT INVESTMENT. THE BIBS ARE THE RIGHT WEIGHT AND NOT TOO BULKY. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT BUY. "BUT FORGET THE PARKA FIND ANOTHER JACKET."
