Very thin, not so good fit fitting

I am a 42-44 jacket, 36 sleeve length, 210 lb, 6ft tall...
XLT is a ok for sleeve length and body length, but there is a TON of room under the armpits. Clearly made for a chunky XLT, just sloppy looking. I returned, I don't think LT will work. Plus the quality is... well... of a $20-25 sweater. Also, the neck... wearing just an undershirt under this is not an option - you'll look foolish.
