Cabela's Classic Bug Suit II

  • Insect-blocking No-See-Um mesh
You can’t beat the complete concealment and biteproof comfort of this packable, lightweight, bugproof suit. We started with a foundation of insect-blocking No-See-Um mesh throughout both the pants and jacket. The jacket has a 1/2-zippered front, elastic cuffs and drawcord hem. The hood has a black Hi-Vis face shield built in, so you can completely lock out biting insects by tucking the shield into the front of the jacket. Pants have a comfortable elastic waistband and cuffs. Imported.

Good for price but Mask is too dark

I bought this suit and since I only bear hunt one week a year it is a great quality for the price. The mask is way too dark however it is easy to take the mask off for a shot.

I bought this bug suit for spring bear hunt in northern Saskatchewan. It was unseasonably warm but I was comfortable and bug free in this suit. I highly recommend this to anyone headed for "mosquito country."

Wasn't sure that it will work. Was greatly surprised! It Does!!! Protects against mosquitoes, gadflies and other annoying insects. 4 stars just because it wouldn't save you 100% from ticks or mites- it doesn't strap your hands and ankles tightly. But if you don't need it- then - 5+!

Just What I Needed

Sitting in a tree stand hunting black bear in Ontario, Canada, I encountered many mosquitos and deer flies. Cabela's Bug Suit gave me the perfect coverage so that I did not scare away any bears by swatting at pesky bugs - not a single bite the whole time. As a result, the bug suit helped me bag a big one! Thanks, Cabela's for a great product.
