I just received this hat for my birthday and LOVE it! The color is a little darker but it will look nice with a variety of shirts. I agree it is a little dressier but it's still able to be worn with shorts and a polo shirt. This hat is MUCH nicer than the one it is replacing. My old hat was basically a fishing hat. This hat can be worn anywhere and look nice. This will be fourth Stetson in my collection. You can't go wrong with a Stetson. I highly recommend it.

This is a fine hat. It is perfect if you want a straw hat that is a slightly dressy. It is made to be stiffer to hold the shape and be less like a beach hat. I really liked it and the quality seems fine.

The teflon coating gave the hat a terrible color and made it look like plastic. I did not keep the hat.
