These are a very comfortable shoe and for the most part well made of beautiful soft leather. The only exception was an eyelet that came adrift otherwise I'd have given them 5 stars. I'm still glad to recommend.
These are the most comfortable topsiders I have ever worn, and my old famous-name-brand ones are now my work shoes. The stitching is exquisite, the leather grain and thickness is amazing, and they have great traction on wet decks and rocky trails. Insoles are as comfortable as any I've worn, if not more so. I've always had great luck with every Cabela's brand product I have ever purchased, and these are no exception.
I have been buying Cabela Freemont two eye boat shoes for many years, and have been completely satisfied with them, so I thought I would try the Bison Point shoe. It looks as good and wears as well as the Freemont.
I've been looking for a shoe like this for a long time. While I don't do a lot of boating, I do often work in a slippery environment and need secure footing. I'm also in management and need a good looking shoe.
This one fits the bill both ways. Right out of the box they were quite comfortable and I haven't worn anything else since I bought them.
One word of warning. Most folks used to boat shoes are used to leaving them tied and slipping them off and on. The top of this shoe comes up a bit higher and I do have to tie and untie them, but that's fine with me. It makes them feel more secure.
