Bought this for my daughter who just loves it. The cloth lining makes it super quiet (unlike nylon). No more concerns about getting cold. I may have to buy one for myself. Thanks!!

Kept me warm in Rockies

I used this Elk hunting in Colorado late November - early December. Temperature was about 15-20 F, windy, and snowing. Jacket kep me warm and dry.
The material was quite. Roomy pockets. Hood zips off and is adjustable to accomodate a hat underneath. Sleeves have velcro adjustments to seal around gloves.
Be sure to check local laws re break blaze pattern. Not allowed in Colorado. So, I had to use blaze.

This is the best hunting Parka there is! This Parka and matching Bib I bought has the warmth of hunting from my living room and the comfort of sitting in my favorite chair. It never let me down during the cold deer season, I stayed warm and dry from sun up to sun down. Way to go Cabelas!

Excellent Hunting Coat

Overall this is a great hunting coat. Be sure to check your local regulations before ordering the Blaze Horizon break up pattern - its not legal in Iowa for deer hunting. Very warm, waterproof, dries fast, tons of storage in the many pockets. With this coat, I almost don't need my waist pack. Sheds most clingy vegetation except beggars lice. Very tough too - stood up to lots of multiflora rose thorns and still looks great. The opening for the zippered "optics pocket" along the main zipper is too small - I can barely get my hand in there.
