All Wet
Date:
The first hat I ordered was too small so I ordered the next size up. Thought I was all set for rainy day hunting. Wrong! The hat leaks where the brim joins the body of the hat so I would not call it waterproof.

Just What I Needed
Date:
Somebody was thinking when they designed this cap. The fabric resists water well, and breathes well if you aren't doing something ultra-strenuous for an extended period. The bill holds its shape well, and the crown is high enough so that if conditions warrant pulling up your parka hood, you maintain a little clearance without sacrificing warmth.
The ability to cover the tops of your ears with the tucked-in flaps makes for versatility on days that fluctuate from warmish to cool to freezing. Due to the loss of sound and peripheral vision, I hate hoods, and this cap lets you postpone putting one on.
As has been noted, you'll want to go at least a size up when you order.

Nice hat, Good value
Date:
Bought 3 of these for hunting in the blaze color. Hat is wind proof and comfortable. The inside liner feels plastic-like but would recommend.

Awful!
Date:
Never anything worse from Cabela`s I have had!
If not deleted, then the cap down earflaps is dumped from head-it is very shallow, although sufficient circumference size.
I ordered a size from small to extra-2XL. No, neither one of these caps, which is not persisted with the head!
In addition, the internal part caps does not duplicate the outer form and therefore all the folds!
In short, I am terribly disappointed and I was sorry about the money, which has spent four caps.
I`d never advise to purchase these caps and surprised good grades!
