Cabela's Ultimate Pack Vest™ II

We’ve added features to this vest and built it tough to make sure it’s one that’ll last a lifetime. The back pouch is ideal for carrying extra equipment. Two front bellows cargo pockets and zippered upper chest pocket (with grommet above for securing a compass) offer quick and easy access to essential gear. Fleece-lined handwarmer pockets behind bellows cargo pockets. Inside storage pouch­es with button closures. Nylon ribbing around all outseams. Blanket-weight 18-oz. polyester-ribbed shell and polyester/cotton lining. Ma­chine washable. Imported.

A great deer hunting vest

This vest is a great solution for deer hunters who frequently make drives or pushes with their hunting party. For those drives, you need the ability to layer for the conditions and this vest allows me to layer over a blaze orange sweatshirt, and the numberous pockets provide storage for my knife, gutting gloves, water bottle, rags, radio, everything you would need during your drive. I love this vest!

I couldn't see a size chart so I ordered an extra large. I'm 5'10" 220lbs 45" chest. I ordered thinking I would have a light jacket or sweat shirt under neath for warm days. Should have went with a lg. XL is far too big.

I bought 1 of these vests about 8-9 years ago. It has been changed up a little bit and used to be called a Guide Vest. There are only a few minor changes that have been made though from what I can tell from the picture. This vest has held up over the years with no problems whatsoever. I have seen comments that say it is heavy but I do not think it is. It is a little heavier than most because it's a quality vest that helps keeps you warm. I refuse to wear any other vest but this one. I would strongly suggest buying one.
