We’ve created the ultimate in down-insulated clothing. At the heart of this new level of outerwear is an innovative 2XB interplex shell. Not only is this revolutionary material rugged enough to handle the worst scrapes and snags the woods have to offer, it’s also incredibly soft and quiet, making it the perfect material for stealthy movement when that trophy is within critical range. It also weighs much less than comparable shell materials, making it even more lightweight than traditional down clothing. Layer this vest beneath your cold-weather parka for even more warmth. It’s insulated with 5.5 oz. of Cabela’s 550-fill-power premier goose down. It has two large cargo pockets with tricot-lined handwarmer pockets behind, zippered front with snap-front storm flap. Imported.

NOPE!!!! I went through some thick briars during gun season. Not one snag. It was about 20 to 30 degrees and I had a hoodie and this vest on. I'm so happy with this thing, i think i'm going to buy each guy in my hunting group one. I don't think you can go wrong with down for heat.

I GOT THIS VEST LAST YEAR, WORE IT FOR A MINNESOTA DEER HUNTING SEASON AND IT WORKED WONDERS FOR SITTING IN THE STAND. IF YOU HAVE TO WALK ANYWHERE, I'D UNZIP THE LAYERS OR YOUR BACK WILL START SWEATING. IN THE DEAD OF JANUARY, TEMPS AT -20 F, WAS STILL SWEATING WHEN I HAD TO WALK ANYWHERE WITH JUST LONG UNDERWEAR, FLANNEL SHIRT, THIS VEST AND MY PARKA. I LOVE THIS VEST. KEEPS THE CORE NICE AND WARM!!!

I bought the vest for my 11 year old son in preparation for the next hunting season. This along with a Cabela's blaze orange pullover kept him extremely warm even with this seasons giant cold blast that came down.
