Outstanding Winter Clothing
Date:
I use my Trans-AlaskaTrail Suit when spending extended time outdoors and was always warm and comfortable. Regardless if it was running the snow blower or riding my 4-wheeler I was warm.

If you need the BEST
Date:
This suit is PRICEY (I was lucky to snag it on sale), but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Very warm, on a -22 degree, 2-hour walk, with (for here) a gentle 25 MPH breeze. No air leaks, no retrictions on movement. The garment has pockets in all the right places, including interior kidney-level pockets for handwarmers (not needed yet). The zippers are large and easy to manipulate, well-placed and well insulated. My ONLY gripe is that the exterior belt on my Large, Tall size barely fastens around my 40-inch waist. OK, ok, I'm working on my waist size, but it wouldn't kill them to give me 2 more inches to work with there. The internal suspenders are a godsend, and I haven't used the butt-flap, but it's good to know it's there! Finally, I mean what I say about the best: if you're going to be riding in central Indiana, this is too much suit. Here in AK, it's the bomb! Quyana, Cabela's!

Great Suit for extreme cold
Date:
The suit is comfortable and warm in extreme weather. Had -35 degrees and wind chills on a snow mobile but had no feel of the outside cold in the suit with only polar weight long johns on underneath.
