I've been a leathercrafter and saddlemaker for many years, and finally retired. This is the belt I bought. Quality harness leather and solid brass. Had one for over 15 years and finally wore it out. If I made one for myself I couldn't make it much better. Only fault I find with it is they switched to rivets instead of snaps like they had it. I told 'em. Maybe they will change it, but if they don't it's still the best one to buy.

Top quality leather and hardware

I have owned so many belts, most of which were manufactured over seas. Many of my "other" belts fell apart after not much use. This belt I would trust my life with and I consider it part of my "gear". It is, of course, made in the U.S.A.
