Was a little disappointed with the overall quality of the belt. Material was not as thick and the buckle seemed like cheap plastic. Surprisingly it has held up (pun) just fine. Worn it hunting for almost 20 days and so far so good.

...bought this belt on the bargain cave...good strong material...buckle kept opening though during first time out. I am an average size guy, 5'10", 190 and hike 10-15 miles on any hunt. Not a big deal - it's just a belt - used the buckle from my old belt and it works fine.

I really wanted these belts to work. Bought several to have around different houses. On my first order one of the belt buckles broke the first time I secured it. To Cabela's credit a new one was sent to me with a couple more that I ordered. The first one I put on....buckle broke. So two out of six had buckle problems.
