If an unexpected downpour catches you on the trail, you’ll be glad your feet are protected by these shoes. 100% waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX® membranes keep your feet dry while allowing perspiration vapor to escape. Cushioning EVA midsoles and molded sock liners enhance comfort and fit. Mesh and synthetic uppers reduce weight without sacrificing durability. High-traction rubber outsoles grab the ground, even in wet conditions. Imported.
Men's sizes: 8-13 medium width. Half sizes to 12.

Adidas Hits The Mark

Adidas hit the mark with this mid high hiking boot. It is advertised as a trail running shoe but I would consider it more a day hiker. This shoe/boot is very lightweight and flexible but maintains a great degree of stability. It is extremely comfortable out of the box; however, I would recommend a good quality aftermarket footbed as the stock one has little to no arch support.
I purchased these "boots" at the Cabela's store in Grand Junction on our way to the Zion National Park area. I wore them for two days of hiking on tough, steep, rocky trails and the level of comfort and support, not to mention the featherweight design were outstanding. I will be wearing these everywhere including bowhunting for elk in September. Thank you Adidas and Cabela's!
