I used these pants and the jacket on my Ohio Deer Hunt in 2010. I was laying on the ground on a trail and a buck came into my kill zone on the trail. He looked at me twice and looked away both times. He never knew that I was a hunter until that Federal Premium Barnes expander slug dropped him immediately in place.
I would recommend that pockets be made for the pants though.

Bought this because of all the other good reviews about the product. Was up in my stand during bow season and had a doe about 15 yards from me for about 10 minutes. kept making noise while trying to position myself to take a shot. 5 times the deer stopped eating and looked right at me and after a few seconds of standing still went right back to eating like i wasn't there. It started to walk even closer to me and when it was about 10 feet away from the tree i was in it smelled me and took off. Maybee if i bought the scentlok version to try and help prevent my scent i may have had more time to take a good shot on it but the deer never turned for me, it was facing me the whole time. But the deer never saw me and the item worked great.

WOW fantastic. you can sneakup on anything, and stay hidden. I used them turkey hunting & a guy walked right past me. He didn't even know I was there.
