I got this after the end of the season, but the fabric looks to be substantial enough to last, but light enough to be cooler than the plain boonie hat I've been using. The headband cinch and chin strap are useful, as my hair tends to lift the hat on windy days. I would have preferred a wider headband rather than just a string, as they seem to provide more security in the wind.

This is the second one of these hats I've bought.. I feel strongly that this product has helped me bag not only turkeys but also deer and coyotes. I feel it makes you inidstinguishable from the surronding foaliage. When I looked in the mirror I saw no human outline. GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!

I hunt deer, varmints and migratory birds in central Texas and this Item is amazing. I've tried other "leafy" type patterns and this is great. It breaks up your pattern and blends in nicely with oak and mesquite cover.....especially in the later season.

Fits just fine, and I have a big head. I'm thinking with the 3/4 facemask and this, turkeys will never know what hit them.
