This is my second season hunting. i am using a excaliber pheonix crossbow. i have used the thunderhead edge and the f-15 fixed broadheads with good results but i both left mininal blood trails and some tracking to be done to harvest my deer. I saw these as advertised for crossbows with BIG blood trails and quick kills, i tried them out today with great results.
Had a buck come in at 30 yards. sighted him in and left her fly.Had a perfect shot and he dropped within 35 yards. the rage flew strait, opened before impact and left a gapping entrance and exit wound resulting in a huge blood trail( that wasnt needed...lol). very pleased with the performance of this product.
It did bend one of the blades but that was from a impact with a rock once the arrow entered the ground, i will definatley be ordering the replacement blades to repair this one !!!!

on Nov 7,my son 12 took his first deer with a barnett jackall with rage 100 gn went 20 yards and piled up.

Rage broadhead done just wht it was suppose to do. Giant entry hole great exit hole and the best blood trail i have ever had from a broadhead. GO RAGE!

On nov 3 at approxiamately 1745 hours i shot a buck at 20 yards. the arrow struck high in the deers body . The buck ran 35 yards stood there 2 minutes and collapsed. the crossbow is 10 point maverick hp shooting 325 feet per second . I think the trick with the rage broadhead is you have to have the broadhead blades in its proper position before you shoot it. thats the key.
