Optima batteries provide more usable power, unequalled vibration resistance, and the cranking power needed to start all of today's largest boat engines. Advanced Spiralcell™ technology, made up of high purity lead plates wound with an electrolyte-absorbing glass mat, provides extremely high power and very low internal resistance. Compared to conventional batteries, they have up to two times the life and 15 times more vibration resistance. A low self-discharge rate means that when stored with a full charge, they can sit for a year and still start your boat. They also have a higher reserve capacity over time, are nonspillable, maintenance-free and can be charged in as little as one hour. All come with a 24-month warranty. D34M fits in a Group 24 battery box and D31M fits in a Group 27 battery box.

had 2 - 31m batteries for trolling motor, 24v and worked great, long life before charging. excellent to have on auto trickle charge. End of second summer they would not hold a charge and returned for full credit / exchange. No other battery with 2 yr. full warranty. No questions asked at Cabelas. How can you ask for more! Exchange every 2 yrs and they will run forever!

Ive had a yellow top in my Jeep for 8 years, I push the Jeep to the limits 4x4ing and it holds up strong and powers my winch too,i live in upper wisconsin where it gets very cold in the winter, and it always starts my jeep with no problems I will never buy a different brand ever again,

The Longest Batteries and Oldest I have ever owned

I bought 2 Optima 34/78 yellow top in oct. 2004 I still have currently in a 2001 Dodge 2500 4x4. I checked the voltage recently and both are still in great shape. I have never had any battery last this long in any truck or tractor before. We live on a farm and the dodge is used. I just wanted to let people know if you take care of things properly, things will last. I will use Optima in all things we use.

I've had my yellow top since 2000 and it's still going strong... It's used for the RV deep cycle battery. I just pulled it out and recharged and it took the full charge. The front battery was shot when I pulled it out (regular battery, 5 years old#, wouldn't even take a full charge. I LOVE this Optima battery. I can't even believe that it's still going strong!! Sometimes my RV sits for months, and the lights will still go on. I usually pull my batteries out over the winter #really late this year), but it's still looking like it'll get used next time I do a road trip. That's 12 years of use, discharge, recharge, lots of vibration where it's located in the RV, and still going strong. My RV has been all over the US, Canada, Alaska, nasty roads, etc. I think I'm going to replace the front battery with a yellow top b/c I really can't believe how well it's held up. Wow!!
