This product delivers what it promises. A true functional basic compass. Everyone who hunts or hikes should own one - even if you use GPS - never go into the outdoors without this as a back-up. It also is great fun learning the basics

This got me out of a jam this year elk hunting in Idaho. Dense fog moved in and my gps wasn't bringing in a signal. The compass worked great!

This compass seems to work just fine and doesn't take up much room in my backpack. Always a good idea to have a backup for when the GPS fails!
