Japanese-quartz movement of the rugged, multifunction watch keeps accurate time, and the electronic digital compass has 1° resolution. The compass is declination adjustable, and the watch has two time modes with four alarms. Waterproof to 165 ft. A clip carabiner makes fastening the watch to a belt loop or D-ring a snap.

Poor Design

Great watch, but poor design. Loved the styling and the large display. However, on two separate occasions, the spring that attaches the watch to the carabiner broke, causing the watch and carabiner to separate. I just happened to be looking down and found the watch lying on the ground both times. It seems that if you sit down and the watch twists, it puts too much stress on the spring causing it to fail. If you plan on using this watch in a standing position all the time, you'd be fine with this item. However, if you plan on doing a mix of standing and sitting, this watch won't last for you.

I like the armor around the outside of the watch and the extra large numbers. This watch is big and durable. I fish for winter steelhead, I am constantly putting on fresh bait and scent. Even though I wash my hand and dry them, there is always a film still on my hands. This watch allows me to see the time without touching any of my clothing with my fingers still covered with bait and/or oil.
