Cabela's Serengeti Safari™ II Long-Sleeve Shirt – Regular

  • Supple, cotton calico canvas
  • Antimicrobial wicking finish
  • Four large shell loops
Redesigned with even more safari-inspired features, this shirt is ready for travel to the Serengeti and beyond. Made of supple, cotton calico canvas with an antimicrobial wicking finish, it dries faster than untreated shirts. And bellows pockets on the chest have inverted pleats, which are less likely to catch on foliage or gear. Behind each pocket there's a large zippered security compartment, one vertical and the other horizontal. One pocket also includes four large shell loops for safari-size ammunition. Sleeve pocket. Epaulets. Swiss tabs. Imported.
Sizes (For men 5'8" to 6'): S-5XL.

You had a good product and you changed it. I was about to order two more shirts but read reviews on changes made and backed off. When you have something that works do not fix it.

I have been buying the old Serengeti Safari Shirt since they first came out and they were great! The new shirt is a disaster. There is very little good I can say about the new shirt. It is poorly designed, poorly made, the stitching rips under the arms. The buttons are missing from inside the sleeves. The pocket is right in the arm fold. The chest pockets are smaller and also poorly designed. Restore both zippered pockets across the top. Get rid of the 4 useless cartridge holders- who carries 4 rounds in their shirt pocket- you are kidding right? They may be a great fashion statement for a trip to the mall but for a serious trip in the bush- forget about it!

Like a lot of reviews I have purchased the older design and the newer designs. Please go back to the original design. Also the GREEN or OLIVE colour is way too light and I don't buy it anymore, or won't until it returns to the dark olive or green,
Why change something that was good to something much much lesser.
I am buying some more but if the reviews, eg pocket size being too small are true, won't be buying them again. As it is I am just buying a sample order to see and have not bought the quantity I am looking for,.'
Please go back to the original design and colours.

pockets to small

I really like the look of this shirt,and wear them often,but the older shirts pockets were huge,and being a wheelchair user were perfect for me to carry all my stuff.This shirts pockets,are a lot smaller,and I need more carry room.
The design is great the pocket size not so much.
