As a couple of folks said, the screw will loosen up with constant use, but a touch of Loctite fixes it. A simple product that does exactly what it says it will do.

It is a very simple device and works. My old powder measure didn't have a funnel which means I had to pour a little slower to avoid spills.

This powder measure works fine, my only complaint is the packaging says it includes a nipple pick, but there is not one in the package. You can buy the Cabela's brand for $5,00 less.
