Turn any cooler or water-tight container into a live bait well with this kit. It's portable and battery operated. The air pump operates for over 80 hours on two D-cell batteries, and it will also run on just one D-cell battery. This air pump is sealed with gaskets, so it holds up to fresh and saltwater wear and tear. The patented oxygen adapter fits through the drain hole of any cooler and works in most containers. When installed properly this kit will keep bait alive for days. Use it on the boat, in your shop or garage, or as a backup aquarium. This whole kit costs less than most manufacturer's pumps.

Good for T.I.C. Release Day

I have bought this item a couple of years ago and can say it does its job very well. I needed away to haul the T.I.C. (Trout in the Classroom) fish from the school to the stream. A bait bucket can not hold the 200+ finger links that need to get to the stream. So with a 48 quart cooler and the longer life bait kit attach to the cooler the little trout can have ride to the release site. It has worked like a charm for this purpose. It is the best way to get the trout to the stream.

I bought mine as a back up for my aquarium if the power goes out again. Works well. I havent lost any fish at home with it.

Good product at a good price

The pump works well, strong enough to pump water into my livewell and nearly too strong a circulation stream is created. The plastic pipe included is very flimsy though and will need to be replaced. Very easy to assemble as well.
At the price they could not have made this product much better! Only the flimsy pipe stops me from giving it 5 stars.
