"I love jerky and expected "shredded jerky" to be as I have had with other brands; small pieces of jerky. I was surprised when I opened this to find that his was FINELY SHREDDED jerky, with the appearance and consistancy of sawdust. The flavor is good, but not as expected and at the clearance price not worth arguing about."
