"Really struggled with these, had a tough time hooking smaller bass pound to pound anahalf fish. Larger and more aggressive fish were fine. But the soft bite on smaller fish I was lucky to hook 25%."

It Works! And saves money!,June 10, 2009
By Minnesotabassfishermanfrom Moline, IL
"The wacky tool and "O" rings make a Senko last about 10 times longer and it doesn't affect the effectiveness of the Senko. I've never found a better lure and now it is even more cost effective! Last summer I caught and released over 1,000 bass using this combination so I know it works!"

Black-O-Ring,July 21, 2008

"I bought some of these with the Wacky Tool just to see if they work. Not only did they work but I cut down the number of plastic wacky worms I went though each fishing trip. My experience is that I could keep a wacky worm with the hook through the worm itself for three or four bass before I would lose the worm or just needed to relpace it because it was ripped or torn. On one of my rods right now I have a wacky worm with the O-Ring that has lasted me through 41 Bass. The worm is a little roughed up but just as sturdy as a new one. I would never have thought an O-Ring would make such a difference. The wacky tool works slick and beats the heck out of trying to slide an O-Ring over a ribbed plastic worm."

Wacky rings,June 9, 2008
By Anonymousfrom Hot Springs Village, ar
"In the past I found that half of the fish caught ,on this wacky set up, broke the worm lose, But with this ring I found that the loss was less than 25%. PS: It is a good Idea to put a little super glue on the ring at the worm."

"Black O-Rings are a lot cheaper than buying in a plumbing supply store. The down side is that you need a tool to put them on an average sized worm . The tool is simple, but effective - about $7.00"
