Trilene Fluorocarbon Line,

"Used 10# as leader with braided line for bass and it worked great. Knot strength was excellent. However when I spooled 6# on spinning reel for crappie fishing, memory was too strong and jumped off the spool when opening the bail. Eventually stripped off the line in midday and re-spooled with Berkley XL, Dropshot fishing was unbearable especially when the weight hit bottom. The line continued to unspool. My opinion...excellent leader line, but not ok for full load spinning reel. Baitcasting reel worked ok, but stilll had some issue with memory. Not recommend for baitcasters. 3 rating because only good for leader material."

"I have spooled this line on my shimano stadic hopping for good day of fishing.
Unfortunately this line killed my fishing day. Very high memory!!
You open the bail and it wants to cast by itself.
Make long story short, try other lines if you want to avoid frustration."

"I recently purchased a Quantim Energy spinning reel from Cabela's that was on sale. Having spent a premium amount on a spinning reel, based upon my income, I decided to also purchase a premium line for it. This is absolutly the worse fishing line that I have used in my 50 plus years of fishing. There is zero knot strenght and untold amounts of tangles when casting and retrieving the line.. To describe my feelings about this product in one word would be garbage."

"The price for the flurocarbon line is very reasonable. however the line sinks. When on a flat lake, the line sinks and when you see the bobber go under and you try and set the hook, their is excess slack and missed hookups. When drifting, line works very well."

"I bought this line for pitching jigs in open water and light brush. I got the 15#, and it is a bit stiff for light jigs, but as long as I stick with 3/8 oz. or heavier, it works great."

"I spooled my Penn Baitrunner spinning reel with this line doing so correctly. This line jumped off my reel! Thinking perhaps I spooled too much( I didn't though) I removed quite a few yards and cast. What a mess! Line poundage matched my reel and rod and again I spooled as I have for 40+ years. This line might be designed for casting reels only and not spinning."

"A pretty good line, prefer others, but when in a pinch it is usually available in most places and this is what i will get.
It has a bit more memory than others and is a little stiff but that has not caused any issues for me. It holds up pretty good."

"Without a doubt the worst line I have ever used. I bought it in 8, 10 and 12# tests and the line twist and coiling just coming off of the spool made it difficult to load. This line was nearly impossible to fish on a spinning rod and even coils on a baitcaster. Save your money and headaches and go with their cheaper and better performing Vanish if you are a Berkley fan."

"This is really good flourocarbon. Excellent abrasion resistance, castability, and it is 100% invisible underwater. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I would have liked it to be a little thinner for its diameter, especially if you are using it on spinning reels. Other than that it's excellent fishing line."
