This stock boasts excellent strength, rigidity and durability achieved with a special composition that includes hand-placed layers of fiberglass, aramid and carbon fiber throughout the stock. Stocks are lighter than conventional wood stocks in both weight and recoil. They will withstand hard use, moisture and fast-changing temperatures. Each boasts fine-line checkering, a textured finish and a quality recoil pad. Uncle Mike's sling posts included. Shotgun/Auto Rifle stocks include forend and are designed to make recoil easy to tolerate.

Poor quality, December 25, 2006

"I received this as a gift. The overall value is poor. One side of the stock has rough spots. Also,closer to the butt pad ,some type of bubbling on the finish. I expected for the price for the finish to be smooth. This is being returned. These stocks must not sell very well,the warranty card was stamped October 2003. A big disappointment."
