They keep you warm and dry,

"I gave this a five-star rating because I was impressed with the overall performance of these bottoms. They keep you warm, dry and odorless. I've used them countless times while bowhunting. They don't trap moisture like regular long-underwear can. This is a huge plus if you have to travel a long distance to your stand. Great product Cabelas."

Very warm and very light,

"I bought these and the shirt to go with them. They are very warm (without being uncomfortably so) and very light. They come in handy for cold weather hiking and trips. The fabric allows for getting clothes on and off over them fairly easily."

"These were a terrific addition to my cold gear.
You don't want to walk to far in them, but if you do perspire, they do a very good job of wicking and staying warm anyway.
I wore them to the stand in freezing temps.
No problem carrying a stand and pack a couple hundred yards. BUT, the next morning, I lost my way in the foggy darkness and walked a quarter mile plus in circles to find my spot. Really broke a sweat. The fabric is super comfortable."

"My husband likes his old thinner long johns much better- these are poor quality and dont wash up well, after the first wash , they had the fabric bumps all over them. I was very disappointed in this product and would not recommend these to anyone."

"Fit was very good. Not bulky or bunchy, quite comfortable for the wearer. As for warmth, (I ) had to put the three dogs out of the house. Actually the drawers got me to a comfortable body warmth in quick order."

Polartec Bottoms,

"Actually have the top and bottoms. Very comfortable and soft. Went fishing the other day on my boat in 45 degree weather with a little wind. Only had a pair of pants, an overshirt and light jacket over them and I was toasty warm. Even with the cold wind while underway. Wore them around the house at night as PJ,s and had to take them off...too warm. Great product. The only con is the calfs on the bottoms are a little tight when putting them on but okay after they're on."

"I was really looking for some under armor bottoms but they were out and I ordered these bottoms instead. I was extremely impressed with how warm they are. It was recently -17 here and I stayed warm in them all day long."

"I spent 28 days in a row in moose camp in Alaska with all kinds of weather. My hunt started out rainy and cold and goretex clothing is cold when it is wet! These polar weight underwear are lifesavers, I wish I had taken two pair so I didn't have to wear my lightweight gear when I was waiting on these to dry! I wouldn't go hunting again without them."

"these worked great if the temp was under frezzing but you cant move around if its any warmer than that. did well in the tree stand with only regular pants on. no down side to these that i could find."

"I hunt in norther Minnesota, recently purchased this product . I used them during deer hunting. They were warm and soft, the only fault is while walking, they at times began to slip from my waist, I had to adjust them quite often. Very pleased with this product."
