"I am a physician and have worn no socks other than these for the last 5 years. They wear incredibly well, with my oldest pairs just starting to fade a bit (they have probaby been worn 200 times...). I've worn them with decent boots in WI temps down to -15 and not had cold feet. Yet I can wear them at work indoors and my feet don't get hot. They breathe AND yet are made of wool so they stay warm when wet. These are THE socks."

"So as not to be embarrassed when TSA first began looking at my stocking feet, I purchased 10 or 11 pairs of socks from Cabelas. I still own them and wear them daily...and have yet to be embarrassed by holes in the toes. When I decided my sock wardrobe needed more black, I ordered a couple of new pairs from Cabelas...of course. They fit well (large for size 13 shoes), wear well and feel great. I recommend these socks to anyone, friends and foes alike. You won't be disappointed.

"These are among the most comfortable socks I have bought. The thick, cushioned sole adds a lot to the comfort of wearing them and walking, and they are nice looking (I got black color). I wear them to the office with a suit and dress shoes. I can't judge durability yet, but they seem very well made and I have no reason to think they won't be fine in this regard. The only suggestion I would make is to eliminate the gray lines on the sides of the sole that are added for style or brand identification. With a pair of dress loafers these lines can be seen a bit. I'll be buying more of these socks, especially at the good value price when three pairs are purchased."
