"I've had several of these - I like them a lot. But, when you first get it, take out the screw by the buckle, put in some thread-locker, and screw it back in. Otherwise, wait for it to pop out and run away at a moment you least expect it. Chances are good you won't notice when it falls out - just when you go to buckle the belt the next time! I've also had the keeper loop for the end of the belt come loose - fortunately I've got spares from old belts."

"The belt was a little wide not going thru the jeans easily. It was nearly impossible to buckle it because it was so wide. The quality of the belt was great and very well constucted."

"The 1.5 inch belt fills all the loop space in my blue jeans, but the leather fits. I use it to carry conceal my Sig P-239 with an IWB Comp-Tac MTAC holster. I experience no stress look around the waiste, and the belt hides the clips discretely. I prefer to use the belt with my 5.11 tactical pants, but the ranger buckle looks so nice, I'll wear it with Dockers and dress slacks that accommodate the wider belt."

"A very nice belt made with what appears to be very good material, however, the brass "screw keepers" that allow for buckle change are poorly tightened resulting in loss of said brass screws rendering belt useless.
As to recommendation, I would recommend this item with a caveat that the screws be tightened with Locktite before using.
Note that having a rating without the choice of "maybe" or "perhaps" or some rating allowing for "I would recommend this with reservations.""

"This is my first experence with a Ranger Belt, a friend of mine who ownes one himself (and bought it at your Reno store) recommended it and I am very impressed with it. I use the belt as part of my work attire and wind up finding myself using it on my off time as part of my casual wear. It looks and works great with my Wranglers. As far as durability is concerned, no problem - count on it.

"This is the 4th ranger belt that I have bought. The black ones are much stiffer than the brown and make better gunbelts.I also use one of the black ones on my hunting pants and have for years. I have used them for many years and am always happy with the quality and wear. I think I still have my original, but it is very old and tattered. However, I still use if for my work pants.
I will order another when I need a belt."
