"Lady J seems to work but is not very pliable when cold. Need to warm up before it can be used. Would also be better if there was a way to angle it for a better aim. Would be better if it could be put on and left in place, attached to a hose and a bottle(strapped to your leg) to catch your urine. I watched a Burt Renolds movie along time ago where Burt was supposedly wearing such a thing. Then the bottle can be removed to empty when necessary. Would be better if there was a softer more rounded edge that goes against your skin. Seems like a great invention. It's what I have been looking for, for years for icefishing and hunting or any other activity where there is no bathrooms."

"I spent 40 years camping, then 20 years of no camping due to change in lifestyle, etc. Decided it was time to spend the remaining 20 years of my life getting back to the basics of tent camping but worried that, at my age, I couldn't make it through the night without needing the "facilities." Saw the Little John and Lady Jane adapter on the website so ordered both, and am I glad! They worked perfectly for me, and I used them every single night that I camped. No having to wander in the dead of night to the bathrooms and no being uncomfortable, waiting for the sun to rise, so I can find the outhouse. I really appreciate my Little J, Lady J combo!"

"This is a difficult item to review. Let me suffice to say that the women in my family think it works well and is more private than other options for the boat. It compliments the main Little John container that works well for men. The nice thing is that it requires very little space and is easy to clean."

"The Little John "Lady J" Female Adapter works great with the Little John portable urinal and gives women and girls the freedom to finally be able to urinate without exposing everything. We bought the adaptor because we go fishing and panning for gold and wear full body waders and it can be a real hassle when my daughter or I have to go to the bathroom. Now that we have the adapter, life has gotten a lot easier and we are able to do our business without bearing our bottom to the world. The adapter is made of flexible plastic so it will work for a wide range of female sizes.
The only thing that I might change would be to add a little more length to the part that goes into the portable urinal. Other than that,I highly recommend this to all the females that I know."
