"I ordered two of these, one for the wife and one for me. They came conditioned. The leather was oiled and not raw. My wife shoots a 7mm and I use a 270. Shells fit in snug the first time (as expected) but were easy to retrieve and replace thereafter. We travelled on foot, horseback, 4 wheeler, snowmobile and truck and never had any problems. We hunted from -20 up to 30 degrees and they performed great."

"Triple K makes a great product; have used for several years; and have decided to write reviews on the products that I like and this is one of them..
I use this Cartridge Belt in conjunction with two Cartridge Carriers and Bowie Knife for my 45-70. Used in conjunction with the Cartridge Carriers you can add or remove ammo capability as you desire when you want.
The quality is top gear and made to take all the punishment that you can normally dish out. I had some cartridge belts from about 40 years ago that I expanded out of(size small); and thought I would have to wait until I could get a leather dealer to custom make at a big bucks price. This setup is better and at a fourth of the price.
Those of you that use a lever-action rifle or any rifle for that matter would be well-served to get you one!!

"PROS: The belts appearance is excellent, the cartridge loops are sewn securely, neatly and MOST IMPORTANT: they fit the cartridges well. Its reduced width allows me to carry either my pistol or hunting knife on it (or both).
Cons: The cartridge loops are on the left side side and they are so far to the left that it is impossible to fit a knife or holster on the left side of the belt. so when you are carrying your rifle slinged, the rifle hits the pistol or knife that is carried on the right side.
Recommendation: allow enough room on either side of the loops to carry accessories.
Overall: It is an excellent cartridge belt! It could be slightly better, and you can buy a belt that fits better and has enough room for your accessories....but dollar for dollar, this is the BEST cartridge belt you can buy for under $100.-- and it looks good too."
