By Tnoutdoorsfrom Cleveland, TN
"I am a history teacher and always wanted an American Revolutionary musket. This more than fills my expectations. It is beautifully crafted and matches the specs of the originals.I could not be happier with it. I'm shooting it this weekend. Can't wait to do a true demo for my history classes. It will be great."

"I own two originals but wanted one to shoot. This is an excellent replica. Outstanding workmanship and Cabelas had the best price. Haven't had the chance to shoot it yet but will soon. I'd buy it again."

Pedersoli Short Land Brown Bess,July 7, 2008
By KevinRfrom Medina, Ohio
"The box arrived in a timely fashion from Cabel's. The flintlock was nicely and desecurely wrapped and was undamaged. Although I have not yet had the opportunity to fire it yet, the flintlock is obviously a quality item. It is well made and looks great. It was also nice that it came with a flint already installed."

Brown Bess Musket,April 8, 2008
By flyboefrom Goodyear, Arizona
"This historical replica represents a development of martial arms in the era of the revelutionary war. The detail and quality of the arm is perhaps better than an original Brown Bess due to the use of better steel and manufacturing techniques. This musket is just as deadly as when used in the 1700s. It commands a proud place in my collection of military arms that I shoot and display."
