"This is the round I purchase for my mill spec loadings. They seem to be the real deal for this application. After some work building up my f.p.s. spec with NATO brass. Bullets show promise and decent accuracy. Up to par with any lake city 147gr round you can get. Seat consistently with my press. and don't vary too much in weight. To bad they are getting so hard to find. Has well has the cost going up. Buy has many has you can afford. Seems thats what every one is doing? Great round for plinking with your hungry semi auto .308 cal"

"You are unable to shoot bullets that will stick to a magnet. At most of the ranges in SoCal you are not able to because of fire risk so lame. But what can you do. I just found out that the Win 147 FMJBT stick to magnets."

"Primarily buy the 64 gr. bullet to fireform once-fired new brass for my varmint rifles. Heavy bullet for caliber with full powder charge does this well, and by the way, they can be very accurate also. Buying bulk for plinking, reloading, or hunting helps out the pocketbook also."

"I found these bullets to perform well with hand loads tuned to specific rifles. They are a great plinker round and good for accurate practice if you experiment with different load combinations and find the one that works for you. ANd comparing the the price of reloads to the cost of factory new they are well worth the effort."

"I load these bullets in my 22 Hornet, 218 Bee and reduced loads in my 223 Rem. It's nice to have to have only one bullet for three guns. It has been the most accurate bullet in the Hornet and on par with othe bullets in the Bee and 223."

"I loaded thease for my 9 twist AR 15, I used LC once fired brass, winchester small rifle primers with 23.5 Gr of H 355. I'm getting 1/2 inch with my 20 inch Bushmaster/ Leupold 4.5-14 scope. I havent experemented with how they mushroom, next range session! overall they shoot great and cycle fine. highly recomend this bullet"

"Like all Winchester components, these 22 cal bullets are consistent in bullet weight and profile. Seating depth with a standard Lee seating die is within a range of .008 inch every time, and the cannelure is placed to yield an overall length of about 2.230" in a standard .223 Remington case. Potential accuracy isn't as good as true match bullets, but they perform very reliably depending upon your load and rifle. Can't beat the price."
