Very easy to Clean,January 3, 2010
By FarmerfromIndianafrom N.E. Indiana
"The T.C. Trumiph is very easy to clean and unload at end of the day. Would really make sure that the rifle has the Weather Shield barrel since it make it alot easy to clean while hunting in the rain. These rifle holds great patterns and will give you the extra punch shooting 150 grams of powder with 245 Grain bullets. Liked the first two and recently purchased the third one for X-Mas present. The Breech plug is the best in the industry. Thanks to T.C."

WOW right out of the box!,December 28, 2009
By scsuwildfrom Central Minnesota
"I always wanted to get into muzzleloading and when I seen the price that Cabelas had on the Triumph, I could not pass it up! My brother has an Omega and hands down, the Triumph is the way to go! So easy to use, clean and load! Right out of the box I shot 3 shots at 50 yards and the grouping was amazing! I bought the black/blued edition and yes, you have to take care of the gun to avoid rust, but this gun is an investment worth keeping well oiled! The speed breach is SO easy to use, I would not own any other muzzleloader!! Accuracy, well crafted and amazingly simple to clean too! Before you buy, compare the features with other guns and you cannot beat the Triumph! Wait and watch for a deal, pay a little more and believe me, you will NOT be dissapointed!!"

Good, accurate muzzle-loader,December 19, 2009
By machinecreekfrom Abingdon, Virginia
"Bought this rifle on sale as an upgrade from my old muzzle-loader. Considered the stainless, but Cabelas' sale price on the blued / black was just too good to pass up. I've found the Triumph to be very accurate using both tipped and hollow-point sabots. Very easy to load. Mine is more accurate shooting 100 grains than 150. The breach plug is a big plus and I have always been able to remove it by hand, except for one time when the plug recess rusted after a week in my gun cabinet. Which brings me to why I didn't give it 5 stars. This blued gun seems to rust really fast, both the bore and barrel fittings. I have to check it frequently, and keep it oiled heavily. It's a really great gun, but spend the extra cash to get the stainless model."

Excellent Rifle,December 17, 2009
By Richard2007from Virginia
"This was my first muzzleloader. It works like a charm. Holds nice groups, easy to install the scope (which is still working, no complaints with it yet), bore sighted with my eye after removing the breech plug and visually lining up an object through the barrel and then brought the crosshairs to the object. At the range, it was almost sighted in. I used a 150 grain charge with Triple 7 pellets and a 300 grain Hornady bullet to drop my first deer with it. One shot, it dropped on the spot, huge blood loss with the bullet passing through. Seventy yard shot. The bad part is you have to run a patch after every shot, but thats a muzzleloader issue in general. Cabelas forgot the scope with the shipment, they sent it promptly after I called. The breech wrench was missing too, which they replaced, also promptly. I am very pleased with the rifle and Cabela's customer service."

Lady's Choice!,November 27, 2009
By ladynuleriderfrom southern USA
"This is rapidly becoming a favorite rifle! The length of pull is not excessive for a woman, it shoots quite predictably in accuracy and reliabilty, and is neither heavy nor unbalanced. The Nikon Omega scope is mounted with Leupold QD bases and rings, and the whole rig works wonderfully. I have even shot coyotes with it.....Easy to clean and just a rifle that works well and feels great. I love it!"

WOW!,November 19, 2009
By RealLuckyfrom Eastman, WI
"This has to be, by far, the best shooting gun I have ever bought! The speed breach is awsome. You can't over look the price. The starter kit is a great throw in.This gun was shooting an inch high at 100 yards straight from the box. You won't be disappointted with a product like this. Great job T/C!!"

Triumph,November 11, 2009
By CaptCarlislefrom Virginia
"I purchased a TC Triumph last year and have really enjoyed the ease of cleaning. I have killed several deer with it. I shoot TC 250 gr bullets withTC yellow sabots with 2 50 gr 777 pllets. with this load I get 1 in groups at 100 yds. The only thing I don't like about it is it needs a hammer spur to pull the hammer back when you have gloves on. I understand that TC is going to offer instillation of the spur after the first of the year."

T/C Triumph,October 27, 2009
By nepaguyfrom Stroudsburg PA
"Bought it over the summer so I could play at the range. Sabots..OK, Power belts so, so FPB's made for this gun! shooting 150 grains of 777 the Sims recoil pad cuts the mag load down to size. Speed breach easy out. Easy to clean, easy to load. All the scope options of the Omega(same mounts) Put a Leupold Ultimate Slam on mine works great. 2 things I would like to see changed, had to remove back sight to mount scope. Had to buy screws to put in holes these, should be provided but weren't. And the front sling stud, had to move it back 2.5 inches so i could put a bi-pod on. There is a funny shape to the front stock and a bi-pod won't work in the factory placement. All in all great gun 1.5 inch groups at 100 and 4 inch groups at 200. Killed two deer so far this season and it worked flawless. Worth every penny, plus it's made in the USA witch is always a good thing."
