"As others have mentioned, the lack of a fly is a little inconvenient, but doesn't detract that much from the product. The only other thing i could mention is that you might need to use your own belt or a pair of suspenders with them as the included draw string is only moderately effective. I used mine on a weekend backpacking trip in the snow and loved them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good pair of waterproof pants. (though like i said, don't rely on the draw string)"

warm & waterproof,

"I bought these pants for deer hunting in Iowa. If you are looking for pants that are warm and waterproof, these are for you. HOWEVER, the are not vegitation resistant! I am still pulling burs and bootjacks off of them. I hope Cabelas will take them back (return). They are not good against burs and other types of sticker seeds."

Cabela's Dry-Pluz blaze pants - needs a fly!,

"Good quality stuff, kept me warm, easy to clean but I have one problem that other reviewers mentioned as well. It has NO fly. This is a serious oversight on Cabelas part, no hunter wants to have to pull down his pants to do his business while in a treestand. If I had known this before buying them I would probably have selected other pants."

"Loved the pants, quiet, warm and light. I had to shorten them but have to shorten all my pants. My friend liked them so much he also pruchased a pair. Only only one thing missing, they should have a fly. We couldn't figure out why they wouldn't put a fly in mens hunting pants."

Great looking pants!,

"Unfortunately I have not yet been able to try these new pants. I purchased them for deer season which doesn't start here in New york until mid-November. I wanted something uninsulated but comfortable for still hunting that would be easy to walk around in. They look like they will be great but I won't know until December. I hope to have the opportunity to re-evaluate them at that time."

"I use dry plus exclusively because it's quiet, waterproof, and reasonably priced. This item is excellent for early season hunts when temps are above freezing mark. These pants did not come with a zippered fly as advertised. Otherwise a very good product."
