The unique Weight Distribution Hitch distributes the weight of the trailer tongue on the hitch to allow increased trailer weight along with a safer, improved ride. The hitch features 8" of total vertical adjustment (5-5/8" rise, 2-3/8" drop) and a shank length of 10".
Models available for 600-lb., 800-lb., 1,000-lb. and 1,200-lb. (fits 2-1/2" Class V) rated tongue-weight trailers. Complete with weight bars, brackets and hitch mount. All models accommodate trailers with a 10,000 GTW.
The Sway Control attaches the trailer tongue to vehicle hitch to minimize trailer sway, caused by high winds, curving roads and sudden maneuvers.
Use the Sway Control Ball Mount in conjunction with Sway Control when you're not pulling enough weight to warrant Weight Distribution. Recommended for enclosed trailers and large boats. Right-hand sway. Model with 2" drop is rated for 6,000 lbs., 3-1/4"-drop model for 5,000 lbs.
