Attached my plastic bottle of fly floatant that i bought from Cabela's and it was gone within one hour. Would not recommend this product.

Great Item, Many Uses

I had no idea what I would use them for the first time I bought some, but they just looked like something that should be useful. They have become one of the more useful items I have in the "miscellaneous pouch" for my backpacking trips. Used to attach knives, compasses, folding saw, and other small items to the pack. Also a security tether for camera lens pouches and other valuable items in mesh pockets on my backpack. One time I even used two as part of an emergency repair when a hip belt tore off the pack frame. I also use one to attach a pocket watch to a belt loop on my pants.
