I owned a Denali for years and wore it all four seasons. I am a size 8 and a medium was generous enough to accomodate a thick sweatshirt. I recently ordered a medium and could bearly get my arms in it with a sweatshirt on. Secondly, Polartec 300 recycled is not the same as the classic 300. It is fuzzier, although still thick. It has the appearance of the cheaper fleece in fabric stores but thicker. If you are shaped like an 18 year old and never wear a sweatshirt it may be fine. But if a size 8 person needs a large the cut needs to be corrected.

i ordered this particular jacket in size xxl. i wear a size 18, and it fits perfectly! this was the only site that carried the size and color i preferred. you cannot buy size xxl in the stores.

This is a heavier fleece than most. It is extremely warm and I love the chest pocket for my cell phone. The patched elbow to wrist is a great design.

So I purchased this jacket only because everyone around these parts seems to own it, so I thought hey it must be an amazing jacket. I was very underimpressed with it. First of all the fit is very poor, the sleeves are ultra baggy , and the cut and color blocking make you look VERY boxy and not at all feminine. For the price, they should re-vamp the cut to be more flattering for women. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is that it does seem to be very warm, however, you can certainly buy a less expensive fleece that is just as warm.
