A compliment to the Surefire Outdoorsman

I purchased the red lense filter because I do a lot of hunting. I have the outdoorsman that uses 2 123A batteries, and am very pleased with the filter's simplicity (a snug fitting soft rubber housing that slips over the front of the outdoorsman. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is I wish Surefire would supply a small soft case for it since I worry about it getting scratched up in my pocket. But, if you like to hunt and use a red lense to slip into the woods before daylight, I highly recommend this accessory to your Surefire.

I purchased the Surefire filters for my EL2 Outdoorman flashlight.
They do a great job of toning down the brightness that Surefire is known for and allowed me ample light to get to my stand and back out at night.
Easy to use and stay put

works great for blood! MAKE SURE YOU GET THE ONE THAT FITS YOUR LIGHT. U can use it on mini mags too!
